We had some friends over yesterday for Shane's birthday. We boiled crawfish and made homemade ice cream and sat around outside enjoying company, eating and drinking! It was a HOT day and we learned some lessons at our first crawfish boil. We'll have one again next year, but this time will use our little pot and will only buy ONE bag. We have a ridiculous amount of crawfish left and will probably be eating it again today! Thanks for all the help guys at cracking all the crawfish to freeze the tail meet. I'll be sure to invite you over when I make some crawfish etouffee.
