We decided to take a few days and go skiing at Big Sky Resort. It is the largest acreage skiing in the US and is only 3.5 hours from us in Missoula. It is just below Bozeman and very close to Yellowstone Park. The kids traveled great and we rented a condo from a friend of a friend. It was fantastic skiing, beautiful views and a true winter wonderland. Nathan spent two days in daycare at the bottom of the mountain. Paula Grace took two days of ski school lessons and did awesome! Shane and I skied both days, the first day was complete white out (the report was 12 inches of snow) and the second was very cold but clear with stunning views. Dad has been in town visiting us and came too. It was a great trip and we fell in love with Big Sky!
