We need to perfect our system on the green egg (we failed to realize we need to make sure the stone is preheated) but our Valentine's pizza turned out pretty darn good! I've been perfecting my dough and found the right combination of whole wheat flour combined with the perfect water temperature for the yeast and its been really good the last few times. The heart shaped pizza actually happened by accident but I ran with it! For dessert I made our favorite dessert, creme brulee. Yummy!
