It's a praise party in our house this morning. Chris Tomlin Pandora radio is all about Sunday Is Coming. Some lyrics from some of my favorite songs I've heard this morning:

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Galations 5:1
That is one of my favorite scriptures. It is for FREEDOM that He set us free! We are not judged by our deeds and works, but by our heart. "It. Is. Finished." (John 19:30) We are no longer bound by chains of sin but are called to follow Him. To believe. To trust. To love. To forgive. To tell others. But doing those things is not a requirement but a sign of Him in us. He was nailed to the cross and beaten and broken so that our brokenness is redeemed. It is historical fact that Jesus walked the earth (by Christian and non-Christian historians). It is fact that he died on the cross. If He lived and died on earth and claimed to be the son of God, how can we deny Him? He was either the son of God as he claimed or a liar. I believe His claim.
