Soccer Fun

Paula started soccer this fall.  We thought she was ready to try a little team sport and she loves to kick the ball around so we thought we'd give soccer a shot.  She was really excited and she said she had a blast!  We had a little trouble the first half on going the right way down the field.  Gotta love little kid "amoeba" soccer as I like to refer to it.  It's like a pack of kids swarming the ball.  At the end of the game the first thing she said was "mom, I didn't kick it in the goal" and I assured her she still played great and to try that next week.  The season is short, thankfully, so there is only 6 games, which I think is plenty for this age.  I think she really liked it!
